About This Position
Join our clinical team as a Registered Nurse and provide compassionate, skilled care to elderly and disabled clients in their homes. Work independently and collaboratively to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and medical procedures
- Communicate with physicians regarding patient conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Provide health education to clients and families
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
Must Have:
- •Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- •Negative background check
- •Negative TB test (within 1 year)
- •Current vaccinations
- •References from previous employers
Nice to Have:
- •Current Maryland RN License
- •BSN or ADN degree
- •CPR/BLS certification
- •Experience in home health or skilled nursing
- •Strong communication and organizational skills
- •Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
