About This Position
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to clients in home and community settings. Improve mobility, strength, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Monitor progress and modify treatments as needed
- Educate clients and families on home exercises
- Document treatment outcomes and billing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Promote client independence and safety
Requirements
Must Have:
- •Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- •Negative background check
- •Professional liability insurance
- •TB test (within 1 year)
- •References from previous employers
Nice to Have:
- •Current Maryland PT License
- •Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- •CPR/BLS certification
- •Experience with geriatric or home-based care
- •Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
