Be the first point of contact for new clients! Manage intake process, gather information, and welcome families to the Bella Healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients professionally
- Conduct initial client intake interviews
- Gather medical and social history information
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Schedule initial assessments and services
- Enter data into electronic systems accurately
- Respond to inquiries about services
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Requirements
Must Have:
- •Negative background check
- •TB test (within 1 year)
- •References from previous employers or educators
Nice to Have:
- •High school diploma or GED
- •Excellent customer service skills
- •Strong communication and listening abilities
- •Proficiency with computer systems
