About This Position
Support elderly and disabled clients with daily living activities. Provide compassionate in-home care that makes a real difference in clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADL)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Support client safety and fall prevention
- Report changes in client condition to supervisor
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
Requirements
Must Have:
- •Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- •Negative background check
- •Negative TB test (within 1 year)
- •Current vaccinations
- •Personal or employment references
Nice to Have:
- •High school diploma or GED
- •CPR/BLS preferred
- •Excellent interpersonal skills
- •Physical stamina for caregiving tasks
- •Reliability and dependability
